WKPA spring meeting set for April 16
The spring meeting of the West Kentucky Press Association will be held at 6 p.m. April 16 at the Oasis Restaurant in Eddyville, according to president Rae Wagoner of the Eddyville Herald Ledger. The restaurant is located on Hwy. 62, just off of I-24 at the Eddyville exit.
Chip Hutcheson of the Princeton Times-Leader will report on how the new postal rates will affect small weekly newspapers.
Other items on the agenda are scholarships, election of new officers and status of the fall program.
